Enabling supply chain and vendor managed inventory
With SILOview you can operate a collaborative supply chain outside your
organisation. Remote monitoring of inventory level allows management and
coordination of supply chain activities. Share selected operational information
with customers, suppliers, hauliers; to improve supply chain management.
Critical inventory information - any time, anywhere
SILOview is an outsourced hosted application system and plant presence, which
provides remote multi-user visibility of stock level, direct from the storage
facility. Web pages can be browsed, 24/7, on PC's located anywhere. Automatic
e-mails alert supply chain players, if, eg. a warning/danger, or
refill/overfill level is reached, or fault conditions occur. |

secure, resilient, tier one site - with a world-class combination of utilities,
connectivity, security, cooling, fire suppression and systems engineering
services. High integrity 'industry standard' combination of Apache server
software running on Linux operating system.
Web pages and functionality - automatic level
checkingFour times a day the inventory level is updated and checked
against max/min, overfill/re-order set-points, automatically prompting any
warning e-mails. Additionally a 'by exception' e-mail is automatically
triggered by an 'out of limits' event between checks. |

On-site DATAengineEasily installed on the storage
facility, the DATAengine connects directly to an existing sensor and, through
the Internet, to the secure hosted DATAbase and WEBserver. DATApush technology
triggers immediate e-mail notifications of max/min or overfill/re-order levels
and fault conditions. |
- One analogue input; 4 to 20mA loop, isolated, 50 ohms
input resistance.
- Internal MODEM (with TCP/IP) connects to standard PSTN
phone line.
- Four automatic stock level updates to internet DATAbase
per day - via short duration internet connections, through local ISP.
- Additional 'by exception' connection, max one per day;
triggers exceptional e-mails.
- Compact and easy to mount; 190 x 110 x 50 mm.
- Power; 24V dc nominal. Mains conversion available.
